Phillips Stafford Insurance Group is excited to announce that Ryan Fischer has accepted an offer to bring his 16 years of insurance experience to our growing team.
Ryan grew up in Des Moines, IA and attended Simpson College graduating with degrees in Mathematics and German. Prior to joining Phillips Stafford, Ryan was an agent with a captive insurance company for 14 years. He brings a passion for finding the right solutions for each customer and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers.
Ryan was looking for more options to offer his clients and the ability to shop multiple insurance carriers on behalf of his clients. For those reasons, Ryan left the captive insurance world and made the move to Phillips Stafford Insurance Group, an independent insurance brokerage. Ryan lives in Des Moines with his wife, Laura and 3 children. In his free time, Ryan enjoys camping with his family and being involved in his kid’s activities.
