Phillips Stafford Insurance Group is seeking a professional and ethical Independent Agent to join our team.
As an Independent Agent for Phillips Stafford you will be responsible for developing, consulting, and retaining clients interested in purchasing insurance through Phillips Stafford Insurance Group. The ideal candidate will have some previous insurance experience and will be licensed in at least property and casualty and/or Life and health lines of insurance. Candidate should have a solid skill set and understanding of business development, including business networking and community involvement. Candidate should have knowledge of basic computer programs, including the ability to learn proprietary web-based software. Candidate must subscribe to a needs-based sales process and always work with clients in a professional and ethical manner, doing what’s best for the client.

Phillips Stafford Insurance Group is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our clients with routine changes to their policies, answering questions regarding their policies, as well as assisting agents to prepare quotes for new and existing clients. You will also work with management to provide feedback and help develop company systems that create efficiencies and provide a better experience for our clients. Candidate should have knowledge of basic computer programs, including the ability to learn proprietary web-based software. They should also be friendly, outgoing, and enjoy working with other people. The ideal candidate will have some previous insurance experience and will be licensed in at least property and casualty and/or Life and health lines of insurance. The ideal applicant will also have managerial skills and be willing and able to manage and train others as we hire additional Customer Service Representatives.
